Administrative Assistant Intern
We are looking for a quick learner with excellent organizational skills, who would closely work with the General Manager at our headquarters in Metro Manila. Some of the administrative assistant intern’s tasks include: schedule meetings and events as well as help out with the logistics; answer, route, and distribute incoming mail and email accordingly; accomplish computer-related tasks via spreadsheets, word processors, data management tools, and other relevant applications; accompany executives to meetings and help out in preparing and executing presentations; help out in maintaining the books, recording transactions, and collating receipts; create and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and messages; coordinate special projects as needed, and; prepare, organize, and print internal documents and other collateral.
